PURIFICATION

PROCESSING JUICE - PURIFICATION

Decantation of the juice to remove impurities. Filtering through conventional press filter or conventional filter allows the reuse of 'residue' for the crop, reducing losses of the process.





EVAPORATION

PROCESSING JUICE - EVAPORATION

The consumption of steam and losses are, once again, the priority at this stage of the process.
The evaporator is essentially a model where the heating steam circulates around the tubes through which the broth, exchanging heat and warming the same.





JUICE TREATMENT

PROCESSING JUICE - JUICE TREATMENT

Stage of the process where occurs the preheating of the juice through batteries heat exchangers. The technology developed through experience over the years is applied to minimize the consumption and loss of steam. The adjustment of pH is also performed at this stage of the process.
